2020 — The Launch
January 7, 2020 marked our official beginning.
In a world filled with transactional networking groups, we set out to build something different:

2023 — Events, Impact, and Influence
2023 marked a turning point in how REC showed up in the real estate space.

- Hosted some of our largest workshops to date.
- Expanded partnerships to include organizations committed to making real, local impact.
- Strengthened our relationship with Austin Angels, empowering our community to support kids and families impacted by foster care.

2024 — The Rise of the Relationship-First Movement
REC became known as the organization that refused to be ordinary. This year:
- We refined our content, workshops, and open house strategies.
- Launched the “Compete on a Completely Different Level” events.
